– Low voltage wiring and cabling. We have extensive experience in low voltage wiring and cabling. This could include installing sub floor fans to increase ventilation to assist with damp and mould issues. We generally use low voltage fans, typically 12 volt d.c. fans  which are run from a suitable power supply. The benefit of using low voltage fans in this instance is safety. It is safer to run wiring under your house that is not carrying 240 volt a.c. power. It is also less expensive as a licensed electrician would be needed to install a.c. wiring.
